Pictures from today's trip

As promised I've uploaded some low-res versions of the images I've taken today. A fun day was had, and towards the end we really started getting creative with our cameras as you can see from the images below.

HAHA! its nice to see that under all the proffesionalism and creativity, there is still time to have a little fun. As part of fun/humiliation on my part, Steve has dared me to wear my gorilla suit in to college on monday which is an opportunity not to miss. How did you get the effect of the 2nd image?

By wrapping the camera strap around my wrist, setting a timer and spinning it around and around on my wrist until the picture was taken.

Came out quite good in the end, but it's a shame none of the setting the timer and throwing the camera pictures came out any good.

Throwing your camera?? What some people will do for a good picture. I have to say the second picture has come out very good.

@John - Is there going to be photographic evidence of this?

We tried it with Scott's SLR too (albeit a little more gingerly) and they came out rubbish as well.

I love the blur effect you get on images when you move it about during taking a picture. You can do similar stuff with Photoshop but nothing replaces doing it naturally with the camera.

No nothings better than messing around with the camera. I wish I'd have been more creative with my photographs.

After I left with Mirhad towards the end of that day we ended up missing out on your creativity. We should have thought about it earlier.
